  • For temporary and urgent cover, we aim to provide candidates within 24 hours. For permanent roles, our typical time-to-placement is 2–4 weeks, depending on the seniority of the role and your specific requirements.

    We maintain a live pool of pre-vetted candidates across all care sector disciplines, which means we can often move faster than traditional recruitment timelines.

  • To begin a search, we need a job description or role brief, your preferred start date, and any specific compliance or qualification requirements. For temporary cover, we also need your shift patterns and any particular care specialisms required.

  • Yes. We work with single-site care homes, multi-site care groups, NHS trusts, local authorities, and specialist care providers. Our service is the same regardless of size — a dedicated account manager, sector-specialist consultants, and a consistent process.

Candidate compliance

  • Every candidate goes through our multi-stage compliance process before being presented to a client. This includes enhanced DBS checks, right-to-work verification, professional registration checks (NMC, HCPC, etc.), two professional references, and a competency-based interview with one of our sector-specialist consultants.

    For temporary workers, we also verify mandatory training certificates including manual handling, safeguarding, infection control, and fire safety.

  • Yes. Our recruitment processes are designed to meet and exceed CQC fundamental standards. We maintain detailed compliance records for every candidate and can provide full documentation packs to support your CQC inspections.

    Our HR Consultancy service can also help you review and strengthen your own internal recruitment compliance processes.
  • For permanent placements, we offer a 12-week replacement guarantee. If a candidate leaves or is dismissed within that period, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional cost. For temporary workers, we can arrange a replacement at short notice — typically within 24 hours.

Pricing and terms

  • Permanent recruitment fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary, agreed in advance. Temporary staffing is charged at an hourly rate that includes the worker's pay, employer's NI, holiday pay, and our margin. HR consultancy is available on a project basis or as a retained service. We are transparent about all costs upfront — no hidden charges.

  • Yes. For care groups with multiple sites or high-volume staffing requirements, we offer preferred supplier agreements with volume pricing and dedicated resourcing teams. Contact us to discuss a framework arrangement tailored to your organisation's needs.

  • Our HR consultancy retainer arrangements typically run for a minimum of three months, which allows us to deliver meaningful, sustained support. Project-based engagements have no minimum term and are scoped and priced individually. We are happy to discuss a trial period for new clients.
